Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

Korealogue (korealogue.com) is a content publication. You can read everything here without an account, and we do not sell personal data. This policy explains the limited data the site touches, in plain language.

Who operates this site

korealogue.com is operated by ITOS Co.,Ltd (Republic of Korea), publishing as Korealogue Editorial. For anything in this policy, contact [email protected].

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic: which pages are read, approximate region (country/city level), device and browser type, and how readers arrive. GA4 sets cookies (names beginning with _ga) and processes IP addresses on Google's infrastructure; Google acts as our processor for this data.

We look at this data only in aggregate. We do not use it to identify individuals, we do not run advertising personalization on it, and we have not enabled Google Signals.

Email correspondence

If you write to [email protected] we receive your address and whatever you include. We use it only to reply and keep the thread for our records; we do not add you to any list.

Hosting and third-party services

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages (hosting/CDN), which may process connection data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and mitigate abuse. Article images are served from our storage on Supabase. External sites we link to have their own privacy practices.

Retention

Analytics data is retained per GA4 settings (14 months) and then aggregated or deleted by Google. Email threads are kept as long as needed to handle the matter and for our records.

Your choices and rights

You can block or delete cookies in your browser, use the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), or browse with tracking protection — the site works fully without analytics cookies.

Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/EEA under GDPR, California under CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Email [email protected] and we will honor verified requests.

Children

Korealogue is a general-audience publication and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles data — for example by adding advertising or a newsletter — we will update this page and its date before the change takes effect.
